The V200DQ01 is a Fuselage version of the
V200D02 helicopter - they share the same the mechanical parts inside. Both are Fixed Pitch helicopters ideal for beginners. They are easier to setup and have less complicated parts than the Collective Pitch Helicopters. The Walkera V-series helicopters take this one step further - they have no Flybar and add a 3-Axis gyro to help you to stabilize your helicopter; it is just like adding a Co-Pilot next to you.
Different from it's sister
V200D01 model, the V200DQ01 has normal Brushed Motor and a Tail Motor Driven Tail Rotor to lower the manufacturing cost. This also makes the mechanical parts very easy to repair after a crash, good news for beginners, but for the fuselage. Beginners should note that parts of the fusalage may breakrelatively easily and so the
V200D02 may be a better option to start with.
Now, let's take a look at the ground breaking Flybarless Technology. You may ask "Why is Flybarless good?"
Let me explain:
Firstly, what is a "Flybar"?
A flybar is a short thin metal rod placed on top of the helicopter, it is one part of the Rotor Head's structure, usually attached with a paddle on both ends. The "Flybar" is a "stabilizer", it helps to stabilize the helicopter during a flight - the heavier the paddle and longer the flybar the more stable the helicopter wil be. If you were to take away the flybar the helicopter would become "Unstable". However, Walkera have compensated for this by using a high tech 3-Axis Gyro. The onboard RX2440V Super Controller makes the V200DQ01 flies so well that it performs just like a ordinary rotor head helicopter - or better!!!
So why make it "Flybarless" anyway?

Why invest your money in anything else?
V200DQ01 is the fuselage version of the V200D02 - you can assume they are the same thing (So where V200D02 is written you can also read V200DQ01).
The V200D01 and V200D02 are sister models. The V200D01 has a high power Brushless Motor and a Shaft Driven Tail Rotor, plus a Rudder Servo to adjust tail blade pitch. This is common in most more advanced RC Helicopters. It gives better performance but is a bit harder to setup and repair after a crash.
The V200D02 is the lower price entry model, it uses a normal Brushed Motor and a Motor Driven Tail Rotor. This combination lowers the price dramatically, but also retains 90% of the performance.
Simply put, the V200D01 is the Deluxe Version, the V200D02 is the Basic Version. The V200DQ01 lies between the two, having the fuselage, lights and realistic features but lower power motor.
